For me, this is the place where all the feeding, nourishment and healing begins.
All of that well being is just boosted with clean, plant- based, non- toxic, prana food I prepare in my kitchen.
When you are hungry, you simply can not be that productive. You might be over sensitive, irritabile or even frustrated and all you can really really think is food.
The same thing is, really- if you do not feed your spirit and spend some quality time with it in silence, if you are not properly connected, nourished- you can not perform at your full potential. Always keep yourself balanced, bright minded, steady and clean.
