Orange Refreshment

Hello, my loved ones!

We all need some refreshment to cool ourselves down during this long, summer days... Today, I am sharing with you my recipe for a lovely, uplifting shake, that will support healing of your sacral chakra.

I hope you are going to enjoy it as much as I did.

¼ (260 g) cantaloupe (chopped)

5 fresh mint leaves

juice of ½ lemon

1 cup (200 ml) almond milk*

100 ml water kefir**

60 g apple (chopped)

1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

1 tablespoon ground flax seeds

1 tablespoon chia seeds

½ teaspoon rice sweetener***

*If you prefer your shake to be even richer in proteins, you can always substitute almond milk with soy milk.

**This ingredient is optional, but highly recommended. If it's not available to you, just add additional 100 ml of plant based milk.

***You can always exclude sweeteners from your shake.

1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend for a few moments, or until smooth. Enjoy this refreshing shake!

2. If you leave this shake overnight in your fridge, you'll get a tasty pudding.
